YOUNG LEADERS PROGRAM IN STORES.

Program for ambitious personalities, keen on learning fast and happy to collaborate. Your personality and motivation is more important for us than your education.

About the program

During our program in the Distribution Centre you will have an opportunity to:
  • During 6-12 months on the job training, you will have a chance to explore the exciting world of retail business, gather experience and learn from the best leaders
  • Start from the General Assistant, Stock Controller and Shift Leader responsibilities and develop your managerial skills with help of our best leaders
  • Be close to our customers and inspire our colleagues to serve our customers better
  • Become a Store Manager after the program – it is an ambitious plan but with your will and motivation, it’s possible.
The application is officially opening in April and the program starts in September.

This program is for you if:

  • You are interested in working in retail company and you can look at things by our customers‘ eyes
  • You have finished high school or hold a recent bachelor or master degree (up to two years after graduation)
  • You are open for travelling – during some parts of the program you will be required to travel within the country and our CE markets
  • You are ambitious and becoming a manager quickly is appealing to you
  • Your are full of energy and working in the office is not for you
