Financial Leadership Program.

The Financial Leadership Program gives recent accounting, finance, economics, or business-related graduates the chance to work on a variety of projects thorough a 2-3-year-long rotational program with international assignments.

The program is designed to introduce you to various facets of out operations, with a particular emphasis on acquiring the knowledge and abilities needed to be a successful leader. Also, we will be supporting you to complete your CIMA certification.
Our aim is to develop future finance leaders and offer you a full-time role upon the successful completion of the program.

During our 2-3-year-long program you will have opportunity to:

This program is for you if:

  • You are interested in working in retail company and you can look at things by our customers‘ eyes
  • You have a passion for finance and great ambitions
  • You have received your degree (min. Bachelor) no longer that 2 years ago
  • You feel comfortable to use English every day in both, spoken and written way. Your level is min. B2+
  • You are open for travelling – some parts of the programme will require to travels within the country and our CE markets
  • You are ambitious and open for new challenges and development
  • You are ready to work independently and enjoy flexibility and freedom

Final interview – Assessment Center
This is the final decision. We want to be sure we really match. At the end of the recruitment process we will have a chance to know each other better through the Assessment Center. It consists of group activity and individual interview with the participation of finance leaders.
